About plans and billing

How much does Divall Pro cost?

US$4.99 a month, or US$49.99 a year (works out to US$4.17 a month, 17% less). These are reference prices in US dollars; your phone’s store shows the price for your country.

Where do I pay for Divall Pro?

Only in the phone app, through the App Store or Google Play, which handle the charge and each country’s taxes. There are no charges on the web: if you have Divall Pro, you sign in with the same account and use it in your browser too.

How does the free trial work?

The first 7 days are free, and then you’re charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. It’s once per person.

How do I cancel?

Divall Pro renews automatically every month or year until you cancel it in your phone’s store. What you’ve already logged stays visible and can be edited.

Do other people have to pay to be in my account?

No. On the Free plan anyone can join as many accounts from others as they want, and you can add people without the app by name.

Does the Free plan expire?

No. It’s free forever: DivMe for the current month, up to 20 accounts every 30 days across Food and drinks, Nights out, Events and Gifts, with 2 open at a time, joining accounts from others with no limit and 10 AI readings every 30 days.

What does 20 every 30 days and 2 open at a time mean?

You can create up to 20 accounts in each 30-day period, counted from when you signed up. Of the ones you created, at most 2 can be open at the same time: when you close one, you can open another. Accounts from others that you join don’t count.
